Product Description
This HPLC method is suitable for analyzing peptides, proteins, and their conjugates, separating the components according to the positive charges of the molecule. It is generally a mild and selective method for analysis. Once a method is established, the analytical method can be transferred for purification of the conjugates.
After submitting samples to CellMosaic for analysis, a standard pdf file of the HPLC profiles will be supplied.
Per sample charge:
Setup fee of $250 applies per batch analysis. Setup fee will be waived if the conjugate is made using CellMosaic's kit or if sample can be analyzed within a longer timeframe of up to 9 business days. Standard services is 2-5 business days.
Sample submission for peptide, protein, and their conjugates:
1) Dilute your samples in water to 1 mg/mL for peptide or protein then transfer minimum 50 μL of the diluted solution to a 500 μL micro-centrifuge tube. Label the vial properly.
2) Ship your samples with packing material and shipping method that are suitable for your samples.
For analysis of conjugate, always ship a sample of un-labeled biopolymer for analysis at the same time.
