Product Specific Questions
There are two types of products commercialized by CellMosaic. One is the reagent product which comes with a product sheet online. The other is the kit product (PerKit™), which comes with a user manual online. The online product page also lists most of the information you need to understand the products. For reagent products, you can download the COA online. For kit products, you can request the COA and COQs by emailing orders@cellmsoaic.com with your order number and lot number.
