How to Order
Orders can be placed online through the Product and Services page or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. International orders can also be placed online or via email. Please note that a $25 documentation fee applies to all international orders.
We accept both credit cards and purchase orders (PO).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com.
1. Your shipping address, billing address, and three trade references in the United States (include name, address, and phone number of teach reference) on your organization's letterhead.
2. W9 form if you are a US company. or your Tax ID or value added tax identification (VAT) number if you are an international company.
