CellMosaic provides custom immobilization services for biopolymers and small molecules on a wide variety of solid supports, including agarose, dextran gels, glass beads, microplates, and functionalized polymeric resins. Available surface chemistries include amine, carboxyl, hydroxyl, aminooxy, hydrazine, thiol, ketone, and aldehyde functional groups. The adjacent schematic illustrates a typical immobilized conjugate in which one or more molecules (M2) are covalently attached to a solid support (M1) through a linker (L), where n represents the average number of molecules immobilized on each solid support.
