How to Order
Orders can be placed online through the Product and Services page or by emailing orders@cellmosaic.com. International orders can also be placed directly online or by email. There is a $25 documentation fee per order for all international orders.
We accept credit cards or purchase orders (PO).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email us the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com.
1. Shipping address, billing address, and three trade references in United States (name/address/phone of the trade references) using your organization's letterhead.
2. W9 form if you are a US company. Tax ID or value added tax identification (VAT) number if you are not a US company.
