Quote: All service projects need a quote before you can place an order.
We accept credit cards or purchase orders (PO).
If you are a new customer and would like to place an order using a purchase order (PO), please email us the following information to orders@cellmosaic.com before sending us the PO.
- Shipping address, billing address, and three trade references in United States (name/address/phone of the trade references) using your organization's letterhead.
- W9 form if you are a US company. Tax ID or value added tax identification (VAT) number if you are not a US company.
