Biopolymer Supply
Antibodies:
Non-commercial antibodies supplied by the customer should be affinity purified. Please provide gel electrophoresis data along with your antibody. Commercially available antibodies can be supplied by customers or ordered through CellMosaic. The cost of acquiring antibodies will be added to the invoice plus an administration charge. We can assist in antibody modification or fragmentation prior to any labeling/conjugation/immobilization reaction.
Enzymes, proteins, etc.
Non-commercial biopolymers supplied by customers should be sufficiently pure. Please provide the necessary data for purity assessment. Commercial available biopolymers can be supplied by customers or ordered through CellMosaic. The cost of acquiring biopolymers will be added to the invoice plus an administration charge. We can assist in protein modification prior to any labeling/conjugation/immobilization reaction.
DNA Oligos:
We label or conjugate oligos through amino, thiol, or 5'-phosphate modification. Oligos supplied by the customer should be HPLC or gel purified (>90% pure). Please provide the QC data needed for purity assessment. Extra charges may apply for analyzing the starting materials at CellMosaic. We can also order oligos for the customer. Please provide the oligo sequence in the order form. The cost of acquiring oligos will be added to the invoice plus an administration charge.
Peptides, peptidomimetics:
We label or conjugate peptides through N-terminal, C-terminal or in the middle of the sequence. Peptides supplied by the customer should be HPLC purified (>90% pure) and should contain a single modification site. We are able to order any standard peptides with functional groups incorporated through peptide synthesis. Please provide the peptide sequence of the desired peptide in the order form. The cost of acquiring peptides will be added to the invoice plus an administration charge. For non-standard peptides that cannot be synthesized by the standard method, we will synthesize them in house manually. A quotation will be prepared for such a synthesis.
